Many companies produce printed wobblers using standard wobbler arms and just attach them to a printed face. For this reason they can remain static in all but the most severe air movement.

Daytona only make bespoke till wobblers with integral arms, carefully designed to carry the specific printed face in a way that it reacts to air movement.

As clients designs/size requirements vary, and this is the only way to make them work successfully. For runs over 1000 this is also more cost effective.
